With over 25 years in the IT and cybersecurity arena, James Lau is spearheading growth and transformation at Viperlink Pte Ltd – shifting our business from managed IT services into the realm of Managed Security Services (MSSP). His domain stretches across Singapore and Malaysia, covering cybersecurity consultancy, Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, as well as vCISO services for SMEs and government-related organisations.

James supports organisations in achieving key certifications and frameworks, including the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA) Cyber Essential and Cyber Trust Mark programs, and helps clients access the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) under the Cybersecurity Integrated Solutions category. A former network engineer during the Novell and Microsoft NT era, James’s technical pedigree underpins his business development work – enabling him to both understand and sell solutions that secure, protect and recover business-critical systems.
