Assistant to Principal Consultant (Cybersecurity & Compliance)
Viperlink Pte Ltd is a CSA-approved and PSG pre-approved Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offering cybersecurity, compliance, and vCISO services across Singapore and Malaysia.
We’re looking for an Assistant to the Principal Consultant - a consulting-oriented professional who supports governance, risk, and compliance engagements. This hybrid position (available full-time or part-time) is ideal for professionals who value flexibility while working on impactful cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.
- Assist in conducting cybersecurity assessments, gap analyses, and compliance documentation (Cyber Essentials, Cyber Trust Mark, CIS Benchmarking)
- Prepare policies, risk registers, incident response playbooks, and audit evidence.
- Support vCISO-as-a-Service engagements: manage governance updates, compliance logs, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate project documentation and client communication
- Participate in client meetings, take structured notes, and translate findings into actionable outputs.
- Track changes in cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal templates and frameworks.
Business Development Manager - Managed Security & Compliance (SME & GLC Focus)
As a certified MSSP and cybersecurity consultancy, Viperlink helps SMEs and government-linked organisations secure, protect, and recover. We’re expanding our business development team to drive growth across Managed Security and Compliance solutions, including vCISO services, Cyber Essentials, and Cyber Trust certifications.
This role is open to both full-time professionals and experienced part-time consultants seeking flexible hours while managing high-value accounts and relationships.- Identify and engage SME and GLC clients for Managed Security, Compliance, and Cyber Certification solutions.
- Develop proposals and solution narratives in collaboration with technical consultants.
- Manage the sales pipeline - from prospecting to contract closure - using a consultative approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Participate in cybersecurity events, seminars, and CSA/IMDA outreach initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and contribute feedback to improve service offerings
